Chef Billy Parisi put our RITZ® Royale kitchen products (all in the Federal Blue color) to the test and cooked up an entrée and two side dishes. Check out all three recipes below!
Roasted Bone in Pork Loin
- 2 tablespoons of finely minced fresh thyme
- 2 tablespoons of finely minced fresh rosemary
- 2 tablespoons of finely minced parsley
- 6 finely minced cloves of garlic
- 1/3 cup of olive oil
- 8 bone-in pork loin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat the oven to 425°.
- In a medium size bowl mix together the herbs, garlic and olive oil. Set aside.
- Next, season the pork loin generously on all sides with salt and pepper.
- Coat the top off the pork loin with the herb and garlic mixture coating it completely.
- Transfer the pork loin to a large roasting pan and cook for 20 minutes at 425° and then turn the head down to 350° and cook for 25 minutes or until the desired internal temperature is achieved.
Au Gratin Potatoes
- 6 peeled and thinly sliced russet potatoes
- 4 cups of heavy whipping cream
- 8 ounces of shredded gruyere cheese
- ½ peeled and small diced yellow onion
- 4 finely minced cloves of garlic
- 1 cup of panko bread crumbs
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat the oven to 375°.
- In a large combine the potatoes, cream, cheese, onions, garlic, salt and pepper until combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a 13×9 casserole dish and spread out evenly.
- Sprinkle the bread crumbs over top of the potatoes and bake at 375° for 60 to 65 minutes or until the potatoes are tender and browned on top.
Pan Roasted Brussels Sprouts
- 6 strips of roughly chopped bacon
- 2 pounds of Brussels sprouts, cut in half
- 3 tablespoons of unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoons of fresh chopped dill
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Add the bacon to a large frying pan over medium heat and cook until crisp. Set the bacon lardons aside.
- Add the Brussel sprouts the pan with the rendered bacon fat and cook over medium heat until caramelized and tender, about 20 to 25 minutes.
- Finish by mixing in butter, dill and salt and pepper.
- Serve hot.
