The warranty covers defects in material and craftsmanship for 120 days from the date of purchase, applicable to products bought directly from JRC or authorized US resellers.
Contact our customer service within the warranty period, provide proof of purchase, describe the issue, and submit clear images of the defect. We'll assess and either repair or replace the product at no cost.
The warranty excludes damages from improper use, unauthorized modifications, negligence, normal wear and tear, commercial use, and force majeure events such as natural disasters or vandalism.
JRC is not liable for indirect or incidental damages. Our liability is capped at the original purchase price of the product.
