Offline Marketing in the Internet Age
My wife often asks me what the heck I’m watching when she wakes up late at night to see an infomercial on television.
The truth is, I’ve often watched these types of programs, including home shopping channels like QVC (I actually took a tour of QVC in Philly back in the 90’s, when they were a smaller outlet).

A $15K Philly Cheesesteak?
I just spent the weekend at Ken McArthur’s JV Alert Live seminar in Philly, and I got the chance to spend some time with some amazing marketers.
I don’t know if you’ve ever attended a marketing event like this, but if you get the chance, I highly recommend you do so.
Just hanging out in the bar or the smoking area outside was a seminar in itself. There was one conversation I recall where Michel and Sylvie Fortin, Ben Mack, Ross Goldberg, Jason DeVelvis, Karl Barndt, Gina Gaudio-Graves, and I were shootin’ the breeze, and Michel started talking about video and light boxes on a sales letter.
